Why we started CuspRise.
CuspRise started with a frustration we couldn't ignore. Across the UAE, thousands of founders and small business owners were building something real, yet when it came to their finances they were left to figure it out alone. The big firms saved their best people for their biggest clients. Everyone else got a junior, a template, and an invoice.
We didn't think that was fair. A young company facing its first audit, its first tax return, its first real hire, is at one of the most important moments in its life. That is exactly when good financial guidance matters most, and exactly when it's hardest to find. So we set out to change it, to give startups and small businesses the senior, straight-talking finance partner they deserve, without the big-firm price tag or the big-firm distance.
We also wanted to build the kind of firm we'd actually want to work with, and work at. No endless forms. No chasing three people for one answer. No bureaucracy, no micromanagement, no jargon dressed up as expertise. Just a sharp, friendly team that treats your business like their own and tells you the truth in plain language.

The person behind the numbers.
I have always been at home in the world of numbers. Where some people see rows and figures, I have always seen a story, the honest story of how a business is really doing, where it is heading, and what it needs to get there. That fascination started early and it never left me; it grew into a career, and then into something closer to a calling.
Working closely with founders and small businesses across the UAE, I kept seeing the same painful pattern. Talented people building real companies, yet left alone with their finances, handed a junior and a template by the big firms and quietly made to feel that proper financial guidance was a luxury meant for someone else. It never sat right with me.
CuspRise is my answer to that. I built it to be the finance partner I always wished those founders had, subject-matter experts, honest and genuinely in their corner. I started CuspRise so that no founder has to stand there alone.
